About Light The Night
At The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night we gather as a community to celebrate, honor, and remember those touched by blood cancers. Friends, families, schools, corporate teams, and sponsors join together to bring light to the darkness of cancer. The funds raised by this community fund lifesaving research, advocacy and support for blood cancer patients and their families.
During this nationwide celebration, we will bring light to the darkness to cancer from coast to coast. Join us in the fight to cure cancer!

FAQs
What is the cost of registering for the event? It is FREE to register! Please register for the event to receive information about the virtual event.
Should I still fundraise for this event? Yes! Your fundraising link is still active and we encourage you to continue your involvement – it means the world to us and is critical to LLS’s mission, even if your participation plays out in a slightly new manner.
What will the virtual event look like? The virtual event will be an inspirational event highlighting LLS’s mission, local stories, and supporters. We encourage participants to gather their team members together for the virtual event and take hold your own walk around the neighbor or local park. LLS staff is available to brainstorm ideas to make this a memorable evening!
What can we do in place of lanterns? We encourage all of our virtual participants to bring light to their local community by stepping outside with a flashlight, glow sticks or whatever lighted item they prefer. When we walk, cancer runs.
How do I get a t-shirt? All participants who raise $100 will receive a Light the Night t-shirt. More information will be sent out closer to the virtual event.
