Executive Challenge: a competition for bold leaders
Light The Night’s Executive Challenge calls on leaders and business professionals to put their skills to work to raise critical funds for Blood Cancer United and achieve Executive Challenger status.
This is your chance to transform your leadership into lasting impact for blood cancer patients and their families. By leading the charge, you’re helping us reach our bold goal: to enable blood cancer patients to gain more than one million years of life by 2040. That’s a real legacy.
Expand your personal brand or company, challenge your peers, and create a ripple effect for your community to unite behind a mission that matters.
Challenge: accepted
Set a bold goal, activate your network, leverage your leadership, and raise life-changing funds.
Success is a team effort. You'll team up with a dedicated staff partner and receive resources—including custom fundraising tools and communication templates—to help you reach your goals.
Executive Challengers commit to raising $10K or more.
Emerging Leaders commit to raising $5K or more.

Extraordinary leadership deserves recognition
Each year, we honor our Executive Challengers and Emerging Leaders by recognizing them in some of the most respected media publications. Executive Challengers will be featured in a custom digital piece on Forbes.com. The top five fundraisers nationally will have their photo included. And Emerging Leaders will receive digital recognition in USA Today.

Local recognition
Challengers will also be invited to join the Leading Lights Lounge at their local Light The Night which includes a VIP reception to connect with fellow high-level changemakers. And in select markets, Executive Challengers and Emerging Leaders may be featured in local publications.
As you turn your leadership into action and drive progress for blood cancer patients, you’ll inspire others in your community to follow in your footsteps and take on the Executive Challenge.

Light the way forward
You have the chance to join a community of changemakers—hundreds of leaders across industries fundraising toward cures and longer, better lives for people all over the country. You’ll drive progress for blood cancer patients and their families to help make a future without blood cancer possible.
