Nicholas is a Burkitt's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma survivor who is currently 8 years old and has been in remission for more than two years. He and his family have been involved in Light The Night for several years, walking with his team called "Nicholas the trooper". Nicholas always has a smile on his face and helps other children and adults fundraise to help find a cure. His team slogan is "One step at a time" because he truly is taking steps to help cure blood cancer.
