Light The Night and see the stars!
Participate in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Light The Night Walk and see the stars...at the movies!
For every $100 you raise between March 16, 2012 and May 28, 2012, you will earn one FREE movie ticket from Fandango® the leading moviegoer destination. All money raised during the promotion will be applied to your Light The Night incentive level and must be submitted to your local chapter by May 30, to qualify.
The more you raise, the more tickets you can earn, and the bigger impact you will have on people battling blood cancers. Approximately every four minutes a person in the United States is diagnosed with a blood cancer, the third leading cause of cancer deaths.
How it works
- Register now for Light The Night Walk
- Raise $100 or more between March 16, 2012 and May 28, 2012. (There is no limit to the number of tickets you can earn. Funds may be raised online or offline.)
- Receive one FREE movie ticket for every $100 you raise by May 28, 2012. You must submit funds to your local chapters by May 30th.
To kick off your fundraising efforts, we are offering a new paper balloon icon kit to be used to partner with local businesses. The kit contains everything needed for retail businesses to sell paper balloons to their customers, raise funds and promote Light The Night Walk in your community. It includes paper balloons, promotional materials and instructions for collecting and submitting donations which will go towards your fundraising goal. You'll receive a call soon to answer any questions you may have and see if you want us to send you a kit.
