Jam For A Cause With Jelly!
Join us at McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon (134 2nd Avenue North) on Thursday, February 16th from 9pm- Midnight! Cost is $5 and 50% of admission goes to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Everyone that says "I'm with Jelly" gets a wristband for drink specials, and in honor of your Auntie's Birthday, the featured drink for the night is The Purple Jelly. Come on out and help us in our fight against blood cancer!
Bartending Competition benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

On February 21st from 5-9pm, Fat Tuesday, Hooters of Rivergate is hosting a Charity Bartending Competition and Auction to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. VIP Tables and Bar Seats are available. Come and cheer on your favorite bartender and support blood cancer research and patient services at the same time!

Pretty Woman - A Night of Music in Memory of Barbara Orbison
Come to the Listening Room Cafe on Thursday, January 26th for a fun night of music benefitting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! Doors open at 6pm with music from 7-10pm. HCA Bingo Night
HCA's Light The Night Walk Teams are hosting a Bingo Night in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society next Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 5:30pm - 9pm. The event is sponsored by HCA Corporate, The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center and SCRI, and will include food, drinks, and great prizes including a $100 gift card to Nordstrom, a $350 bicycle, restaurant gift cards and more! Bingo Night will take place at HCA Corporate Building 1 - Auditorum at One Park Plaza in Nashville, and includes a $25 entry donation at the door. Light The Night's Team Haynes is hosting several fundraisers coming up, and all Light-The-Nighters are invited to join the fun! UFCW Local 1995 welcomes you to a day of fun and the opportunity to help others at the same time! Gospel Concert sponsored by the Blackman United Methodist Church
In an effort to help raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk, Blackman United Methodist Church is sponsoring a gospel concert on Sunday, September 11th at 3:30pm. The gospel quartet "The Work In Progress" will be hosting the concert. The church is located at 4380 Manson Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Predators Proceeds Night: Saturday, October 15th
The Nashville Predators have teamed up with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to bring you this special offer. For just $40/ticket, you and your family will receive All-You-Can-Eat Seats in the Mezzanine Level. In addition, $10 from every ticket sold will be donated back to LLS. East Tennessee Light The Night Kick-off Luncheon 2011

Thanks to everyone who attended the East Tennessee Light The Night Kick-off Luncheon at Calhouns on the River last Thursday! With over 90 attendees including the UT Cheerleaders, the UT Mascots, the Voice of the Vols Bob Kesling, and a room full of noisemakers, the excitement and enthusiasm for Knoxville's Light The Night Walk on October 27, 2011 is building!

Bob Kesling and Lori Friel talk about Light The Night on WBIR's Live at Five
On Wednesday, August 10, 2011 Lori Friel and Bob Kesling, Voice of the Vols, were featured on WBIR's Live at Five. The interview consisted of a personal testimony from Bob, an overview of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as an invitation to viewers to take part in this year's Light The Night walk on October 27th in Knoxville. Bob Kesling will be the emcee at Knoxville's Light The Night Kick-off Luncheon on Thursday, August 18th at Calhoun's on the River from 11:30-1pm. Middle Tennessee Light The Night Kick-off Luncheon 2011
Thanks to everyone who came out for the Middle Tennessee Light The Night Kick-off Luncheon this past Thursday at the Downtown Doubletree Hotel! We had over 185 attendees, learned some new fundraising tips, and got everyone excited about the walk on October 14th at LP Field. 360 Degrees of Light Ball
Affinion's fundraising team, 360 Degrees of Light, hosted a fundraising gala and silent auction on Friday, July 22 at the Market Street Emporium and raised over $8,000 to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! They had music, gourmet hors d' oeurvres, a signature Light The Night margarita and wine tastings. The event was hosted by the Tennessee Titans' Will Witherspoon.
On Friday, July 8 Chili's and Auntie Jelly are raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!
With each flyer presented on Auntie Jelly's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Night, Chilis will donate 10% of the sales to LLS. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Night is Friday, July 8 from 11AM to 11PM, only at Chili's Vanderbilt (2322 West End Ave, Nashville). Be sure to print out and bring the flyer, and we'll see you there!

Survivor Portraits to Benefit Light The Night
Through the end of the year, Michael Broyles Photography in Knoxville is offering a special promotion to benefit Light The Night. Survivors who want to commemorate their battle with cancer can make a $20 donation and receive a portrait consultation, photography session and 8x10 portait. Scrubs Fundraiser at Centennial Medical Center

Hooters' March Fundraising Campaign From March 1- 31st, Hooters stores across the country have agreed to sell paper balloon icons to raise funds for Light The Night, so we encourage you to stop by your local Hooters, have some wings and ask your waitress if you can buy a paper balloon to help fund cures for blood cancers!
Rick Friel and Friends Fundraiser in Knoxville On Tuesday, October 12, Rick Friel and Friends will be hosting a Light The Night fundraiser at the Chili's at 120 W. Palmer's Pride Club for East Tennessee Light The Night Walk Mike and Lori Palmer, along with their children Anthony and Anna Palmer, have reached two incredible milestones this year. First and foremost, 2010 marks the ten-year anniversary of Mike being in remission! If that wasn't enough cause for celebration, this year also marks a fundraising milestone: through their participation in LLS' Team In Training and Light The Night Walk campaigns, the Palmers have raised an amazing $100,000! To honor the Palmer family and their contribution to saving lives over the years, we are pleased to announce the Palmer's Pride Club. Teams participating in the East Tennessee Light The Night Walk that have a cumulative fundraising total of $10,000 will become members of this exclusive club and will be recognized on the Light The Night website. When a team raises $10,000 in one year, they will be admitted into the VIP Palmer's Pride area on the night of the Walk. In the VIP Palmer's Pride area, teams will receive a tent with food and t-shirts, a volunteer to help them with anything they might need, and team recognition on a Palmer's Pride banner. Derby Dash 5K Run to Benefit Light The Night!
On Sunday, March 20th, the Sigma Chi fraternity at Vanderbilt University will kick off their annual Derby Days competition, a week-long event in which sororities compete against each other in various activities and ultimately raise funds for a local charity. This year, the Sigma Chi's have generously agreed to share a portion of proceeds from one of these activities - the Derby Dash 5K Run - with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night campaign!

Calling all hair stylists! Blake Shelton Fan Club Party to Benefit Light The Night's Country Faces Cancer

Country music star Blake Shelton partnered with LLS to host a fan club party at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville on June 10, 2010. Shelton and his fans raised $30,609 to be used by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for patient aid and research through participation in Country Faces Cancer, an initiative of Light The Night.
