Steve Corbeil earned his undergraduate degree in Economics/Political Science from the University of Michigan. He completed a Masters in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa. Steve has more than 27 years of experience with hospitals and multi-facility settings and in December 2007, Steve Corbeil became the President of HCA's Midwest Division, Kansas City's leading healthcare system.

Prior to that time, Steve served as the Senior Vice President, Operations of Tenet Healthcare's Central Northeast Region and Outpatient Division, based in St. Louis. He was responsible for nine hospitals in Missouri, Tennessee and Pennsylvania. From 2004 to 2006, he was Senior Vice President, Operations Central Northeast and Southern States Region with responsibility for the operations of 18 of the company's hospitals. He joined Tenet in 2000 as Senior Vice President, Operations Central States and Massachusetts, which included 13 hospitals in five states. Steve has been CEO of three hospitals, including HCA's Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, TX.

Steve has been involved in a variety of boards and committees, including the Missouri Hospital Association Board of Directors, and he serves on the Alumni Board of the University of Iowa Health Management and Policy Program. Steve is also a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE).

Steve and his wife Mary Kay have three children: John, Mark and Michael. Steve's interests include golf and photography.

Joel Duling came to Y-12 in April 2011, serving first as deputy director of production before rising to his current position. Duling has 25 years of leadership and management experience in facility operations, nuclear operations, safety, environmental compliance, and remediation/demolition activities.

In the preceding 13 years, he held various positions of leadership at Idaho National Laboratory, most recently as director of the Specific Manufacturing Capability Project. In that capacity, he managed the overall business operation of facilities manufacturing armor and armor components for the M1A2 Abrams main battle tank. Before his experience at SMC, he was Babcock and Wilcox site manager of the Naval Reactors Facility Decommissioning Project and deputy director of the Advanced Test Reactor, where he was responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the 250-MWt reactor. Duling also served as program manager for uranium and waste storage, treatment, and disposal at the Fernald Environmental Management Project in southern Ohio and as division manager of Environmental Compliance at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant. Before his experience with the Department of Energy, Duling spent 10 years in leadership roles with private industry in production, assessment and evaluation, and environmental compliance activities.

Duling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biophysical systems/chemistry from Northern Michigan University, Marquette, and a graduate certificate in applied nuclear energy from Idaho State University, Pocatello.

He holds several recognitions and awards, including the Lockheed Martin President's Award, Idaho National Laboratory Director's Award in Operational Excellence and B&W Leadership recognition awards.
