The Valero team raised an amazing $122,667 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and cancer research in 2009! Their dedication and commitment is truly appreciated.
Security Service Federal Credit Union raised over $55,000 for the South Texas Chapter. They truly are an example of team work and have gone above and beyond. Over the past 8 years, SSFCU has contributed over $344,959 to the mission.
The Sam's Club team raised over $23,002 for the 2009
Walk! It is their 7th year participating in the event and this year they helped in our balloon tent by blowing up all the balloons for the walk. Thank you to Sam's Club for all of your hard work!
Daniel's Be Hopeful Team 
This top fundraising family team raised $10,274!! This was Daniel and his family's 5th year participating in the walk, and what an amazing job they did!
Ella's Team 
During Ella's Team's 5th year participating in the walk, they raised an incredible $10,100!
Andrew's Angels 
Once again, Andrew's Angels has done a great job and raised $10,025 in honor of 10 year old Andrew. Thank you Andrew's Angels!
We would like to thank all the Burlington Coat Factory stores in South Texas that participated in the 2009 Light The Night Walk. Ten San Antonio stores sold a total of 83,778 balloons in support of LLS's mission. The McAllen store sold 26,930 balloons.
