Matching gifts are an easy way for people to increase the impact of their personal contribution and boost individual fundraising totals.

My Company Has A Matching Gift Program, What Do I Do Now?
- If your company has a matching gifts program, inform them of your donation.
- Request a matching gift form from your company.
- Please indicate on the matching gift form and on the memo section of the donation the purpose of the contribution (e.g. Light The Night - Name of Participant - Seattle, 2007).
- Be sure to keep a copy of the donation form for your records.
- Send the matching gift form and the donation to the Washington/Alaska Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
- If you made an online donation; simply mail the matching gift form to:
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Washington/Alaska Chapter
530 Dexter Avenue North, Suite 300
Seattle, WA 98109
- After the LLS receives the matching gift form and proof of donation we will verify your gift and return the form to your company, who will then issue the match directly to the Society.
Please note that most organizations only match personal donations from individual employees. If this is your organization's policy, kindly do not submit matching gift requests for donations that are made jointly by several individuals. Also, be aware of minumim donation amounts and deadlines for your company's program.
