Light The Night Walk will return to Clinton Square on Wednesday, September 17th, 2008, and illuminate the city of Syracuse for one evening.
Join us as we work together to accomplish the Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. To view the layout of Clinton Square, click here. To veiw the walk route, click here.
You have the chance to be a part of something great. The Society is the largest voluntary health organization dedicated to finding cures for blood cancers. Because of the success of Light The Night walkers across the country, we're well on our way to accomplishing our mission. The money you raise is being used efficiently and wisely. Research is where the answers to our questions lay, and the Society is investing in the most promising research available, and investing a lot. (visit here for information about Society sponsored research grants) The Society leads all major nonprofit health agencies in the percentage of dollars raised directed to research.
Teams are the heart of Light The Night. They are made up of people just like you: friends, family and colleagues joining together to accomplish a common mission - achieving the Society's mission.
Please join us at Clinton Square, at 5:00 p.m. for registration and for the walk at 6:30 p.m.. It is sure to be a night that you won't want to miss
