Celebrating 10 Years of Walking for a Cure!
This Fall, Light The Night will be celebrating ten years in North Texas! We have achieved a lot over these years including raising over six million dollars to support research and patient services. We will come again for five Walks this year to remember, celebrate, and change the future. Please join us to commemorate ten years of lighting the night for blood cancer patients!
Light The Night® Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's nationwide evening Walk that celebrates and commemorates lives touched by blood cancer. Walkers carry illuminated balloons to signify support and remembrance: white balloons for those who are affected by cancer; red balloons for supporters, gold balloons will be carried to represent the life of a loved one who has lost his or her battle with cancer. Funds raised will support the Society's mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's 2015 North Star Vision is to eliminate blood cancer-related death by the year 2015. That's why your participation in Light The Night is so very important. Please join us in our fight against blood cancers, as we light the night with hope and raise funds to find a cure. Anyone can participate. Children, adults and seniors are all welcome. Light The Night is a casual walk with no fitness requirements.

UPDATED: Driving Directions to Burleson Park
From 635- Head south onto US- 75. Take EXIT 4 toward Lovers Ln/ University. Turn Right onto University Blvd. End at Burleson Park.
To Parking Garage- From Burleson Park continue on University Blvd. Turn Right onto Airline. Follow Airline to parking garage.
From I-30, take US 75 north to Exit 3 Mockingbird/ University. Turn left on University Blvd. Burleson Park will be on the right.
The Dallas Walk Site Headquarters has been moved to Burleson Park. Please do not report to Doak Walker Plaza.
