Incentives Survey
2007 was a successful year for Light The Night across Canada. Over $1.6 million was raised, and you played an important part in its success.
As we plan for exciting walks across Canada in 2008, we want to ensure that your walk experience in 2008 is your best ever. Please complete the survey below and help Light The Night become even better!
1. Did you use your Future Shop or Chapters/Indigo gift cards? I used the Future Shop gift card
 I used the Chapters/Indigo online gift card

2. Did you find the online Chapters/Indigo card easy to use? Very simple, will use it again

4. I'd prefer to donate back my gift card reward to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada if I received a tax receipt for the value of the gift card
 even if I didn't receive a tax receipt (but a tax receipt would still be nice)
 no tax receipt or incentive needed. Fundraising is its own reward
 hold on - the incentive is part of the reason I fundraise so much. I love my incentive
5. Light The Night is thinking of having special incentives for kids who fundraise (5-12 yrs). What would the kids like best? Blockbuster gift card
