Brian Broom - Asheville Corporate Walk Chair

Brian Broom, fundraiser extraordinaire, has stepped up to the plate as Corporate Walk Chair for the Asheville Light the Night Walk. Brian was a major player on the Dixon Hughes Light The Night team in 2006 and our Corporate Walk Chair in 2007. He is ready to lead his team in 2008, as well as use his Light The Night expertise to invite other corporate teams to join him in making this year's Asheville walk a huge success.
Brian is a CPA and audit director in Dixon Hughes’ Asheville, North Carolina office specializing in governmental and not-for-profit audits. Brian is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. He serves on the North Carolina Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and is chairperson of the Local Government Conference Subcommittee. Brian also serves on United Way’s financial review team where he reviews financial information submitted by not-for-profit organizations. We are thrilled to have Brian as part of the Light The Night team again this year!
