This web site will help maximize your fundraising efforts and assist The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® with creating awareness for diseases that strike over 100,000 Americans each year.

About Light The Night Walk Teams
Teams play an integral part in the success of Light The Night. Our teams are responsible for raising nearly 75 percent of the funds raised in the campaign each year.

There are three main types of teams:      

• Corporate
• Friends & Family
• National (Corporate or Friends & Family teams participating in several markets across the country)

The average team in the Michigan area consists of 10 members and raises $1,500. Ask your friends and family, co-workers or neighbors to walk on your team - the more the merrier! Set a fundraising goal and encourage each person on your team to help you reach that goal.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will provide you with a Team Captain Kit that will give you all of the tools you need to create a successful Light The Night team. In addition, our Light The Night staff is eager to work with you to make your team a fundraising success.
