A Year to Three Months Before the Walk

• Register yourself for the Walk
• Set a Fundraising Goal for yourself
• Set up your personal fundraising web page and write your Appeal Letter
• Begin fundraising and planning your Wrap Around fundraisers and events

Two to Three Months Before the Walk

• Send out your Appeal Letters to friends, family and business associates
• Hold Wrap Around fundraisers and events
• Stay in contact with your Light The Night Staff coordinator for important updates and information

One Month Before the Walk

• Follow up with all of those who you have sent your Appeal Letter and personal fundraising web page link

One Week Before the Walk

• Turn in collected donations at Bank Day

At the Walk

• Check in at the Registration Tent to turn in any remaining funds that you have collected since Bank Day
• If you have raised over $100, pick up your Light The Night T-Shirt and if you raised over $200, pick up your Light The Night sweatshirt
