A great tool available through your online fundraising web page is the ability to track offline donations. This allows you to enter detailed information about contributions received "offline" in the form of cash, checks and money orders. This way, you can keep track of both online and offline donations for your Light The Night fundraising campaign in one place and keep everyone updated on your progress.
Once you have logged in, select "Fundraise Online" and follow the instructions below to track offline donations.

Click on "Track Offline Donations" (in the blue bar at the top of the screen). You should arrive at a screen titled "Offline Donations."

Under "Offline Donation Details" you may enter in each offline donation (cash, check, or money order) capturing your contributors name, phone, email, address, donation amount and payment type all in one place.

Once you have entered in all of the information for each donation, make sure to click "Save This Donation" at the bottom of the screen (in the blue bar).
This information will immediately be added to your personal web page and counted towards your fundraising goal.
