2005 Upstate Light The Night Team
SUNY Upstate Medical Univeristy is proud to be a part of the 8th Annual Light The Night Walk in Syracuse! This page has been created to keep the Upstate Team up to date on their fundraising efforts, important dates and night-of information. Be sure to check back often for the latest information.
This will be the 6th year that Upstate had participated in the Light The Night Walk. Our goal it have over 250 people attend the walk, and raise over $20,000! With your help it can be done!
In addition to helping fund ground-breaking and life-saving research, by participating in the walk you can earn some great incentives! To view the entire list of incentives being offered by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, click here.
Upstate is also offering a lot of fun and exciting incentive for Team Captain as well! They include:

For the first 10 Team Captains that recruit 15 team members, you will receive a Light The Night Sweatshirt

A Team Captain t-shirt for recruiting a new Captain or 5 new walkers.

How to Register:

To create your own SUNY Upstate Medical University sub-team, go to www.lightthenight.org/cny and click the "register" tab. When prompted, click "Walk as Individual". During the registration process, be sure to click 'yes' to the question "Are you interested in becoming a Team Captain?" This will be the Society's indication to contact you about setting-up your team.
Also, please remember you must fill out a registration card, and turn in the $25 registration fee to Carol Turiello or Susan Marsh, to be part of the Upstate team. The registration fee will go towards your team t-shirt and donation to the Society.
