Sherry Niebergall

Sherry was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in April 2007. She went through Stanford 5 chemotherapy treatments and 4 weeks of radiation at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she earned her B.S. in Public Health, and also of Sanford Brown Institute where she studied Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She became a registered Sonograher one month after her diagnosis, and currently works in the Antenatal Testing Unit at St. Peter’s University Hospital, performing ultrasounds for expectant mothers. She enjoys reading, shopping, going out with friends, and traveling. She can’t wait to get back to the beach this summer!

Becky Daaleman

Rebecca (Becky) Daaleman was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on July 24, 2007 at the age of 13-years-old. She is very energetic and loves to be active. This can especially be seen while she is playing sports. Softball, Basketball, Soccer and Lacrosse are among her favorites. She also enjoys singing and spending time with her friends and family. Her parents Peggy and Mark, sister Jacqueline and two brothers Mark and Eric are all very excited for Becky to be the Honored Hero of Westfield’s Light The Night Walk.
