2006 Light The Night Wrap Up

On Saturday, September 30, 2006, three sites throughout Rhode Island were brightly lit as thousands of walkers carried illuminated balloons - white for survivors and red for supporters.  Thanks to the amazing support and dedication of Light the Night Team Captains, walkers and volunteers, more than 1,500 participants gathered to raise awareness and funds in support of the Society's mission: to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Because of the generous support of our participants and community partners, Light the Night raised over $250,000 to support our mission! Thank you to all who made this a special evening!
