Prior to that, he was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Maui region of Hawaii Health System Corporation, which included Maui Memorial Medical Center, Kula Hospital and Lanai Hospital. Additionally, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Kula Hospital among many other administrative healthcare positions throughout his career.
Mr. Fairchild has a degree in Applied Economics from Bishop Ambassador University. A native of Los Angeles, his early health care career involved various medical centers in Southern California. Mr. Fairchild enjoys educating the community on health-related issues and welcomes public-speaking opportunities.

Michael Billeci is Executive Vice President and Regional Banking President with responsibilities for Wells Fargo's San Francisco Bay Area region consisting of 2,900 team members. He oversees 179 stores with more than $26 billion in deposits throughout San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties, along with Central Santa Clara County and the northern coast of Monterey County.
A 35-year veteran of the company and long-time Bay Area resident, Michael most recently served as Greater Bay Area regional president after being appointed to the leadership position in August 2003. He served as division manager for Premier Banking prior to becoming Market President in 1999. He was a Market Area Manager in Retail Banking before joining Premier Banking in1993. He also has 10 years in commercial lending experience and was a Loan Team Manager for the Commercial Banking group. He began his career in Retail Banking at Wells Fargo & Company.
Michael is active in the community and has served on the boards of both education and technology organizations. He currently sits on the board for the Contra Costa Council and the School of Education at St. Mary's College.
He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Mary's College and completed the University of Virginia's Graduate School of Banking.
