Bobby confers on corporate finances with other departments, and is integrally involved in development and execution of business strategy. He also works closely with the executive team on managing the company?s capital structure; financing transactions; company financial investments; financial analysis; administrative process compliance and improvement. Bobby is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of all transactions relating to the financial statements of the Company; the management of working capital, long-term assets, budgeting, preparation of financial statements, management of the annual audit, and income tax planning and compliance. He maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Bobby is on the Board of Directors and is an employee-owner of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.
