Planning Committee
This committee plays a vital role in the planning and implementation of the Light The Night Walk. Members gather once a month for an hour to discuss event logistics and perform tasks to help secure sponsorships, publicity, entertainment and paper balloon outlets.
Office Volunteers
Throughout the year, office support is often needed for duties such as mailings, stuffing packets, filing, phone support, collating and other general office support.
Night of Volunteers
As you can imagine, it takes a tremendous number of volunteers to make the Light The Night Walk run smoothly. Volunteers are needed to assist in areas such as: set-up and break-down, check-in, route guides, team photos, mission tent, balloon and t-shirt distribution and other areas.
