"My best moment from last years Walk was the Remberance Ceremony. It was very touching since i have had such a impact in my life with losing my mom to Lukemia in 2007. She went from being the caring mother to 3 children who she should  how to love no matter what condition you may be in and be thank you for everyday that you are here on this earth. She lost her battle really close to christmas which was even harder for the whole family. But it also brought closer knowing that she was at peace and did not have to suffer or go on having to worry about if cancer would come back. Durning my mothers treatment i was a active donor of platlets for here and others at City of Hope donating at least 3 times per week, Now i am on the national donor list for bone morrow, i believe that if i can help just one person then i have done what my mother would have wanted for her children, I thank you for time and look forward into walking this year in October."
