Ethan was 6 years old when he diagnosed with T Cell ALL on February 11, 2017. The first 10 months of treatment were difficult for Ethan. He had continuous fevers, stomach pain and lack of appetite. In the 11th month, he entered the maintenance phase of treatment and things have been a bit easier for the family. His blood counts have stabilized and his appetite has returned, both of which have given Ethan much more energy. He is hoping to return to school in March and is looking forward to being in class with his best friend, Oliver.
Ethan has an older sister, Gaby, and a dog, Reagan. Ethan loves reading, science, Legos and playing video games with his dad on his lunch break. When he grows up, he wants to be a police officer.
A message from Ethan’s mom, Carissa. “LLS was a big help to us in the beginning when we had a lot of questions. It was nice to have a reliable resource to get information from.”
