At age five, Trenton had developed a rash on his skin that kept getting worse with sun exposure. In April of 2013, his parents brought him to the doctor to check for an allergic reaction. A blood test nearly missed the leukemia cells developing in Trenton’s blood system. On May 1, doctors confirmed that Trenton had acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Trenton began a four-year chemotherapy treatment plan that even most superheroes would not have been able to handle. But Trenton conquered his cancer and is in remission! Today, he is a happy 9-year-old who loves Legos, sports, superheroes, Star Wars and of course - video games.
