Mike Capone
Mike Capone is Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Automatic Date Processing, Inc (ADP). Combining a unique blend of client-facing operational experience and strong technical knowledge, Mike guides both product development and information technology. ADP's R&D organization delivers products that support more than 500,000 clients while it IT professionals are responsible for enterprise security, infrastructure, messaging and business applications.
Under Mike's leadership as CIO, ADP has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Technology Vendors for 2009 by the Aberdeen Group. In addition, ADP ranked 53rd on Computerworld Magazine's list of 100 Best Places to Work in IT 2011.
Mike is a twenty-year veteran of ADP and has help positions in product development, information technology, and operations. Most recently, he has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of GlobalView, and award-winning multilingual, multicurrency human resources outsourcing solution. In this role, Mike led ADP's efforts to develop a global HR BPO business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
Perry Karsen
Perry Karsen became Chief Operations Officer of Celgene in July 2010. He returned to Celgene after spending 18-months at Pearl Therapeutics where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Karsen was with Celgene from 2004 to early 2009, first as Senior Vice President, Business Development and he later added President of the Asia/Pacific & Japan region to his responsibilities. He joined Celgene from Human Genome Sciences where he was Senior Vice President, Business Development.
Previously Mr. Karsen was Vice President, Strategic Business Analysis and Development at Bristol Myers Squibb and Director, Business Development and Representative Director, Japan for Genentech. He started his career at Abbott Laboratories where he served in a range of roles over 11 years.
Perry Karsen has a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Teaching of Biology from Duke University, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana. He also serveson the Board of Directors of BIO (Biotechnology Industry Organization), BayBio and the Life Sciences Foundation.
Paul H. Teti
Mr. Teti is a Vice President at Normandy Real Estate and is responsible for investor relations and managing the leasing activities for the Mid-Atlantic region, Central New Jersey and Westchester County. Mr. Teti spent three years underwriting and closing acquisitions and financings as part of Normandy's acquisitions team prior to taking on his role on the leasing team.
Priot to joining Normandy, he was Vice President of Operations at 52 Transom Group, where he oversaw all interactions between U.S. sales and Chinese sourcing operations. His responsibilites included the organization and maintenance of all domestic and Chinese business initiatives.
Mr. Teti graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Sociology. In addition, Mr. Teti is a three-time member of the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team, competing in the Sydney, Athens and Beijing Games. As a member of the U.S. National Team Mr. Teti has also won 10 national championships and is a winnder of three World Cup medals and a Pan American Games gold medal.
Erin Zawisza
Erin Zawisza re-joined Merrill Lynch in August 2006 with more than eight years investment experience. She earned her degree in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a concentration in Psychology. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Erin served as a Senior Financial Advisor for PNC Investments in Millburn, NJ. She has achieved the Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation as well as a NJ Licensed Insurance Producer, practicing in the Merrill Lynch Toms River office.
As a Financial Advisor, Erin strives to identify, plan for, and develop strategies to achieve long term wealth management goals for her clientele. She is committed to providing her clients with outstanding personal service and consistently superior performance results. Erin employs a disiplined process that includes a detailed evaluation of her client's investment goals and risk tolerance in order to provide them with customized, planned-based investment strategies.
Erin is dedicated to delivering to her clientele an enjoyable and highly effection wealth management experience. Her specialties include wealth management, retirement planning, and insurance.
Erin relocated to Toms River, NJ from Short Hills, NJ in 2009 where she lives with her husband Tom and two sons Thomas and Robert.
Larry Wolf
Larry Wolf is the Specialty Products Manager for Franklin American Mortgage Company. Since 2006 his primary responsibilities are Reverse Mortgages and Renovations Loans. He is one of only 28 people nationally designated as a CRMP, Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional. Larry has 30+ years in the financial industry, all of which have been in South Jersey, his lifelong residence. He is also a former member of the United States Marine Corps, and used the GI Bill to complete his college education at Rutgers University. Larry enjoys playing golf at Medford Village Country Club where he also serves as Golf Committee Chairman.
