Welcome to the Northern Florida Chapter's Light The Night Walk

Light The Night Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) nationwide annual 2-3 miles evening fundraising Walk that celebrates and commemorates lives touched by cancer.  Walkers carry illuminated balloons to signify hope, support and remembrance: white balloons for survivors, red balloons for supporters and gold balloons to represent the life of a loved one who has lost their battle with cancer.  Funds raised will support our mission: cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Anyone can take part...children, adults, and seniors are all welcome. This is a casual walk with no fitness requirements. The evening festivities will include music, food and FUN!  At the end of the Walk, you will be amazed ~ by the courage of survivors; by the commitment of the walkers, just like you; by the power of the individual and the power of many.  Not only will you be helping to find cures, there are incentives that can be earned based on the amount of funds raised as an individual.

Light The Night is more than a 2-3 miles, it is a months long journey out of the everyday.  It starts the moment you register.  LLS's 2015 North Star Vision is to eliminate blood cancer-related deaths by the year 2015.  Everyone deserves a lifetime - and you deserve the experience of a lifetime!  That's why your participation is extremely important...to help save lives.  Step up and let your voice, and footsteps, be heard!  Please join us in our fight against blood cancers, as we "Light The Night" with hope and raise funds to find a cure.
