Trent graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2000, was married and joined the Andrew Roby Board in 2003. He and his wife Ragan have one child and two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Trent enjoys playing and watching sports (UNC #1). Trent manages the Inside Operations of Andrew Roby and loves relationship building with both clients and company leaders of tomorrow.

Tom is originally from New York City. He graduated from St. John's University with his BBA in Accounting and received his MBA in Finance from UNC. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps and held various positions at Ciba-Geigy-Novartis. He has two daughters and enjoys sailing, skiing, playing tennis, and traveling.
