July Monthly Challenge: 
Congratulations to Jeremiah Palmer, our June Monthly Challenge winner! Jeremiah has over $300 raised already for the 2009 Light The Night Walk. Way to go!

This month is all about our Kickoff Party (see details on the right side of this page). This event is not only a ton of fun, but a great tool for you as you make your fundraising plans. All registered participants received an invitation in the mail, but anyone is welcome to attend. Bring someone new to Light The Night to the Kickoff Party and you will both be entered into a drawing for a great prize. 

Useful Tools: 
An easy way to get started with your fundraising is to log into your eTools account to personalize your online fundraising page and check out the fundraising tips. You can also download sample fundraising letters from your "Fundraising Toolbox." Remember if you bring at least 50 fundraising letters, sealed and addressed, to the Kickoff Party or to our office by August 14, we'll mail them for you for free!

Kickoff Celebration

Join us for an uplifting evening including free food and free admission to the Science Museum. Come hear inspiring stories from our honored heroes, meet other walkers, team captains and top fundraising club members and share fundraising ideas. Pick up helpful fundraising tools and other great supplies. Fun for the whole family! Please invite your friends, family and team members to join you at Kickoff.

Early Check-In

Avoid the lines at the check-in booth the night of the Walk. Turn in some or all of your cash and check donations, pick up your T-shirt(s), if applicable and team banner. Anyone is welcome to participate in our Early Check-In days. Stop by the LLS office on the following days:

September 28-30
8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Extended hours on September 29, 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m.
