Executive Committee
This committee plays a vital role in increasing revenue for the Light The Night Walk by securing corporate sponsors and/or teams. Members will work one-on-one with the local campaign manager.
Planning Committee
This committee plays a vital role in the planning and implementation of the Light The Night Walk. Responsibilities range from securing in-kind donations of food, equipment, signage, etc. to providing feedback about the event program and entertainment.
Pre-event Office Volunteers
In-house support is needed throughout the year. Opportunities include mailings, stuffing packets, filing, phone support, collating and other general office support. Most help is needed during business hours (9:00am-5:00pm) but occasionally we do have projects that can be done at home in the evening or on weekends.
Night of Volunteer
As you can imagine, it takes a tremendous number of volunteers to make the Light The Night Walk run smoothly. Volunteers are needed to assist in areas such as: set-up and break-down, check-in, balloon tent, food tent, route guides, team photos, mission tent, incentives and other areas.
