Top Team-Lexington Walk
Friends of Will became a team in 2004 following the diagnosis of Will Oldham at age 8. Since then Will's family and friends have joined forces with UK Healthcare and the Markey Cancer Center, where Will's mother Dianna Howard is an oncologist. With help from veteran top fundraiser Brett Butzer, age 14, the team raised $23,308 this year!

ALEX'S ARMY
Top Team-Louisville Walk
Alex's Army was formed in 2007 after the diagnosis of Alex Kron. Alex served as the 2008 Walk's Honored Hero, and more recently his team has expanded its already significant efforts in a big way. The family teamed up with Hooters to sell paper balloons in 4 states during March Madness. This retail partnership generated more than $42,000 ($12,000 locally) in 2010, resulting in a total of $37,780 raised by the team for our chapter!
