Become a Volunteer
Thank you to all our volunteers at and in the preparation for the 2013 Light The Night Walks!
Volunteer Leadership Council
The Volunteer Leadership Council (VLC) is a group of professionals and volunteers that supports the mission and programs of LLS through a variety of fundraising initiatives. They are leaders and ambassadors for our Light The Night Walk.
Please contact a staff member at LightTheNight_ILC@lls.org to learn more.
Volunteers are critical at all walksites. These dedicated individuals and groups help with registration, the balloon tent, the kids area, T-shirt tent, set-up, teardown and much more. Please contact Amy Davieau at Volunteer_ILC@lls.org or (312) 568-7736 for more information.
Walk Volunteer Leads
Volunteer leads play a special role at the event, ensuring that their assigned area runs smoothly. Leads recieve training prior to the Walk. For Walk lead information, contact Amy at Volunteer_ILC@lls.org or (312) 568-7736.
Office volunteers assist staff with administrative tasks in preparation for the Light The Night Walk. Duties may include phone calls, help with mailings, or other event preparation. For more information, contact Ashley Clark at Ashley.Clark@lls.org or (312) 568-7740.
